They lost my friendship because I felt that they were judging my decisions and telling me what to do. I felt that I was old enough to make my own decisions and to learn from my own mistakes. I vowed never to forget this, and I put the lessons I learnt at this age as well as my experience as a yoga teacher into practice while teaching yoga to teenagers.
